For all prepaid orders, shipping is offered free of charge across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur a ₹100 shipping fee.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within 1–4 working days after dispatch.

Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email or SMS for your convenience.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. You must raise the request via your registered email at help.noisesindia@gmail.com.

Reverse pickup is not available. Customers are required to ship the item to our return address at their own cost.

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method. COD orders must provide bank or UPI details via registered email for refunds.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
