📨 Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received?
If you've received an SMS or email stating that your order has been delivered, but you haven’t actually received the package, please contact us within 24 hours to investigate the issue.

🧾 Product Handling & Missing Items
Once received, customers are expected to take utmost care of the product.
Please ensure that all items listed in the product package (e.g., blouse piece in sarees, dupatta or pants in kurta sets) are present at the time of delivery.
❌ Missing accessories will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
❗ If You Receive a Damaged Product
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged on delivery, please:

📹 Note: Without an opening video, we cannot accept return or exchange requests for damaged items.
