📦 Return/Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Customers must raise a return/exchange request using their registered email ID by contacting our support team at: help.noisesindia@gmail.com

Reverse pickup is not available. Customers are required to send the product to our return address at their own cost.
💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our office and passes the quality check.

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed directly to the original payment method within 7 business days.

For Bank Transfer:
Bank Name,
Account Holder Name,
Account Number,
IFSC Code.
For UPI Refund (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm):
UPI ID and Name on UPI.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Worn, damaged, washed, or used products will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once a product is exchanged and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Order cancellations are only allowed before dispatch from our warehouse.
